The Orion School offers complementary education in the form of teaching Czech and Slovak language to children from their 6 years of age. The contents of lessons corresponds with curriculum of primary schools in the Czechia and Slovakia. Children are taught reading, writing, grammar, history and culture; and are using books and workbooks according to curriculum of Ministry of Education of CR and SR. The Saturday School also offers English language for adults (more information about English language is available HERE).

Czech lessons take place every Friday , from 17:30 – 19:30. The lesson is taught by Lucie Torakova with the assistance of Kamila Laurynova.

Slovak lessons take place every Saturday from 10:00 – 12:00. The lesson is taught by Stanislava Chovanakova.

The school fee is £2 per child / per lesson.
